Privacy Policy

app.suistaking.io is designed to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no emails, no passwords, and no identity verification. This policy describes the little we do process. Controller: n1stake, an individual operator based in Spain — [email protected]. As we operate from Spain, the GDPR applies to this processing.

1. What we process

  • Wallet addresses and on-chain activity. When you connect a wallet or appear in the n1stake staking ledger, we process your public wallet address and public blockchain data (stakes, unstakes, rewards) to display your portfolio, compute achievements, and run the rewards program. This data is already public on the Sui network.
  • Rewards ledger. We keep an off-chain record of reward accruals, claims, and draw results per wallet address — required to operate the program and to prevent double-payment.
  • Server logs. Our infrastructure briefly logs IP addresses and requests for security and debugging, retained for 30 days.
  • Analytics cookies. Only with your consent (the cookie banner). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage. Declining the banner disables non-essential cookies.

2. What we never collect

  • Private keys or seed phrases — the App never sees them.
  • Names, emails, phone numbers, or government IDs.
  • Payment card or bank information.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure that runs the App: hosting providers, Sui RPC providers (which see wallet addresses in queries by design), and Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.). Truncated winning wallet addresses from the Golden Payday draw are published as described in its Official Rules.

4. Retention

The rewards ledger is retained for as long as the program operates (it is the record of what has been paid). Server logs rotate on the schedule above. Analytics data follows our Google Analytics retention settings (14 months).

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, and to object to processing. Contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD). Note that blockchain data is public and immutable by design — we cannot erase on-chain history.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date changes when we do.
